Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. ### **What does the Free plan include?** The Free plan is permanently free and includes 1 project, 1 audit per month, Google integrations and AI summaries. No credit card required. ### **Which payment methods do you accept?** Credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. ### **Do you offer discounts for education or NGOs?** Yes. Please reach out via the contact form for a custom discount code. ### **What if I need more projects or audits?** Add-ons let you extend at any time. A Project Slot (CHF/EUR/USD 9/month) adds 1 project slot plus 10 audits/month. An Audit Pack (CHF/EUR/USD 12/month) adds 50 extra audits/month. You can stack multiple add-ons. ### **When does upgrading make more sense than add-ons?** From around 35 to 40 Project Slots it becomes more economical to upgrade to Agency. More team members are only available through plan upgrades, not add-ons. ### **How many pages are crawled per audit?** Auditfyy crawls up to 500 pages per audit at a maximum crawl depth of 5 levels. This technical hard limit applies uniformly to all plans and ensures stable, performant crawls. For larger websites we recommend splitting important sections into separate projects. ### **What does keyword research include?** In the Keywords tab of each project you can fetch new keyword ideas based on your domain or existing tracked keywords, including search volume and competition level. The Keyword Pack add-on extends the number of tracked keywords per project by 100. ### **What exactly does the white-label feature include?** The white-label feature covers your reports and a custom domain: you can upload your logo and company name, which then appear on every generated report, and serve Auditfyy under your own domain. White-label is available from the Starter plan. ### **What integrations are available?** Auditfyy supports Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Ads as native integrations. Connect your Google accounts once in the project settings. After that, clicks, impressions, sessions and campaign performance are automatically displayed alongside every SEO finding. Integrations are available on all plans including Free. ### **What can the chat assistant do?** The chat assistant answers your questions directly about your audit's findings. Ask about priorities, explanations for specific rules, or concrete implementation steps. The assistant knows your project context and gives targeted recommendations. Available from the Starter plan. ### **What is the MCP server?** MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools like Claude Desktop access structured data directly. With the Auditfyy MCP server, AI agents can automatically retrieve and process audit results, project data and keyword information, without manual exports. MCP and API access is included in every plan, including the free plan — your plan limits still apply to access via the MCP. ### **What can clients see in the shared view?** When sharing an audit, you decide which sections are visible to the client: AI summary, technical details, content findings, keyword data, or everything. This lets you share only the information relevant to each client. The client view is fully white-label, with no Auditfyy branding. ### **What is AEO tracking and which AI bots are monitored?** AEO tracking (Answer Engine Optimization) measures whether and how your brand shows up in the answers of AI assistants. Auditfyy automatically sends your prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini and evaluates mention rate, sentiment and competitor comparison. Every plan includes a monthly prompt quota (Free 20, Starter 150, Pro 500, Agency 1,500). One prompt equals one question to one AI engine.
